Four Principles for Freedom in the New Year

Four Principles for Creating What You Desire in Life + Business:

1. Owning your desires + being the real you. Who are you when you feel like yourself? Who are you when you’re not holding back? Who are you when you’re being your best self — your most youiest you. I’m bold, and I’m loud, and I’m confident, and I’m sure, and I trust myself, and I trust the process, and I trust the God in me. I feel anchored to the heart of God, I feel stable in who I am and what I believe. When you trust your heart and your soul and your desires, you can create offers that have no good reason to sell. You can create content just because you believe in it. You can create what’s just simply aligned in your heart and soul. You can create based on your desires when you know who you are, you like who you are, and you trust yourself.

2. Shattering the illusion. When we start saying things like: “I believe in manifestation, but it doesn’t work for me in business,” or “I believe in the principle that I can co-create whatever I want, but it doesn’t work in my relationships,” that is the illusion. When we start believing that our power doesn’t exist and doesn’t apply to certain areas of our lives, that is the illusion. When we give away our power and believe the fear, and doubt, and chaos, and anxiety more than we believe in our own selves, more than we believe in the God within us, that is when we fall into the illusion. That is when we become trapped in ideas that were never actually mother f*ing real.

3. Rising up + assuming the energy of being on the other side. The energy of being on the other side is: It’s already been done. I already have more clients. I already have more money. It’s already mine. It’s been mine since the beginning of time. It’s the feeling of, oh, that’s actually already sorted and now I’m just walking it out on the planet as a human, but it’s already been sorted in the spiritual realm. It’s already been sorted because it’s my birthright to feel good. It’s my birthright to be happy. It’s my birthright to live my calling. Our limiting beliefs tell us that there is a block, there is an upper limit, there is something we need to do. So if there’s nothing to do, and only something to walk out, and you were already on the other side, how would you feel right now? What would you do right now? Is there anything else that would be going on right now that you can go ahead and feel into and bring that energy into your space now?

4. Releasing victim stories. Sometimes we feel like we have to be in a victim story. We have to be the underdog in our own minds. We have to believe that we’re the person that it’s so unlikely for the good thing to happen to so we can then overcome. And then because we overcame, we now believe we’re worthy of the success story. But what if we were worthy of the success story all along? What if we never had to be the underdog, tell the victim’s story, or think lowly of ourselves. What if we didn’t have to have the abusive dynamic or the toxic dysfunctional situation to break out of something to let ourselves be great? What if we could just f*ing be great? What if you could just be great now because you decided? Don’t get me wrong, we will always take any bad things that happen to us — because we’re human beings living life, and life sometimes hurts — we will always take all those things and use them for good, but there’s this misconception in a lot of our minds that the bad things have to happen to let ourselves have the good things… but what if we could just have the good things?

Alone-Vaca-Days

Alone-Vaca-Days

Good Morning Lovers!

So after the official bachelorette weekend in LA, I gave myself a day and to travel by my lonesome and have Amanda-time! Thank Heavens!

I love to travel alone and find myself looking for opportunities to do so often. My real life is always busy and planned so my favorite thing to do on alone-vaca-days is EXPLORE with no agenda!

I dress cute, wander, and take pictures! This makes me happy.

{Never Lost – Always Wandering}

Let Curiosity Rule: I make sure to see any famous thing that I’ve been curious about as I wander.

So on this day I decide to figure out how to hike near the Hollywood Sign.

I made it!

Do as locals do: Other than seeing a famous attraction or two, when I travel, I try to keep it non-touristy. I find it much more interesting to get a feel for local shops, restaurants, and culture than to hang out where all the other out-of-towners are.

I prefer to meet Italians while in Italy, not Texans. You get the idea.

I also like to wander around the parts of town I’d like to live in if I were to someday move to the city I’m visiting.

Enjoy the culture: I like to do fun, healthy things that can’t necessarily be done where I live.

So on this trip I hiked and did yoga in Runyon Canyon and picked fruit right of off trees.

Make Friends: I also like to talk to people and ask questions about the city. I did this at an adorable/amazing coffee shop called Bricks and Scoans and also at Cafe Gratitude

(PS: if you enjoy healthy eating and positive affirmations – you MUST visit Cafe Gratitude – the menu items are named things such as “I am gorgeous” and “I am loved”).

I also got to chat with some LA fire fighters as they came to the rescue when I found myself with a flat tire (there really are nice people everywhere you go – you just have to look!)

Reflect: I also conclude each day on my alone-vaca-days with a meal to myself and journaling. I indulged in the Ahi Three Ways Salad and some sort of amazing green tea at The Farm of Beverly Hills before heading to LAX!

Be great company to yourself and have a you day soon!

Xo,

Amanda Frances

Disclaimer: When traveling alone you must use your brain and stay aware. If things start looking sketchy then turn around, if someone seems like a creepster then keep your space, don’t go alone anywhere with someone you don’t know, always take care of your own transportation, and trust your instincts – if you feel that something isn’t safe, it probably isn’t…

The Best Year Yet, Lesson 6: Envision and Dream

The Best Year Yet, Lesson 6: Envision and Dream

Hello fabulous friends.

So excited to write to you on this lovely Sunday afternoon. The days I find time to stay in bed and journal, read, blog and dream are the best. It seems that the more time I take out for things like this, the more relaxed, calm and happy I am.

And the more I am in this place, the more I find myself in the place to ask for what I want, and get the answers.

I’ve always been a dreamer, but this year, I’ve been more diligent to focus and dream with intention. I’ve been bold enough to actively ask for what I need. This year I’ve had what I’ve asked for come to me like never before.

I encourage you to open your mind and be receptive to this concept. Whether you believe in karma, believing and receiving, or the principles in The Secret … or are skeptical of it all… there is a principal I want to share with you. All of these concepts are getting down to one idea: People are be able to attract to themselves what they desire based on what is happening in their minds.

I truly believe that when you …

* are in touch with your heart (inner guide, gut, holy spirit) you tap into your purpose and true desires,

* know your worth and believe you deserve a wonderful life,

* believe that God/the Universe is good, loving, has your back, and hears you,

You can become bold enough to ask and be certain the answers are coming.

And things start to happen.

It comes down to more than goal-setting, being a good person, and having the best of intentions. You have to ask. You have to put your heart out there. You have to dream on purpose.

One way I have learned to do this is by writing. I have always journaled my thoughts, frustrations, and confusions, but this is different. I list my goals, dreams and desires in a way that’s clear, concise, and easy to check off.  On the regular I make list of things I need help with, want, or believe I am to do in the world.  I write the things down that I believe I can have, but don’t know how to get. And then I trust that what I asked for or better is coming.

It does.

A vision board can also be really powerful for attracting what you what.  I think about making a vision board every year, but this year I decided to sit my bottom down and actually do it. I have always been obsessed with old school collages made with pictures from real life or magazines cut out and pasted together with glue, but  that requires a supplies and time and I didn’t see myself making this happen. So instead I did online.

To make the board I browsed Pinterest and Google and began saving pics to a Vision Board folder on my computer. Every pic I save on my computer automatically saves to the photo editor I use, Picasa (it’s free!). So all I had  to do was select the pics I wanted for the board and click on the collage button.  To update the board I just click on edit and add pics. Easy!

Some of the pictures represent very meaningful endeavors like the advertiser that recently contacted me (deets soon), while some are just little things I would like to have like the lilies that my boyfriend sent me for Valentine’s Day.

As in the two examples above, it’s working.

To keep the inspiration in front of me, I added various versions of the board to my Facebook, Fanpage, and Twitter. Seeing my dreams and heart-felt goals in front of me all the time helps me to stay motivated, focused, and actively dreaming.

If i can do it, you most certainly can too. 🙂 I believe we can all see our dreams come true and have more Love My Life (LML) Moments than we can even handle.

Dream Big Dreams Today.

Love to all of you,

Amanda Frances
