Coronavirus: Feel Powerful + Release Fear + Show Up with Love

Now I am not a doctor, a scientist or a medical professional — and while I do think we should gather information from these people — I know a thing or two about mental health, energy, and business growth.
.
(I built a multimillion dollar global brand via teaching women to harness the power of their energy and have a background in counseling.)

Today I am sharing a video with you taken from IG Stories from the past week.
.
Before I give you that, here are five tips to help you keep your mind + energy + actions in a state of power + love while we move through the Corona Virus pandemic.
Let’s release the panic and show up with love.
.
My Five Tips for Feeling Powerful Now:
.
1. Do the practical sh*t.
.
Wash your hands. Keep a safe distance between you and others. Build up your immune system. Protect yourself as a means of protecting the people who would not survive this virus if they got it.
.
2. Do not ignore the energetic sh*t.
.
Do it with love. You can stay at home in the energy of prevention or you can stay at home in the energy of fear. You can wash your hands in the energy of love and support or you can wash you hands while engulfed in the energy of the worst case scenario.
.
Like I say in the video: “The energy by which you do the thing matters just as much — if not more — than the thing you do.”
.
3. Use this time for good.
.
During uncertain times, we tend to look inward. We have the opportunity to evaluate our lives and decide where we want to go from here.
.
When all of this is said and done, who do you want to be? How do you want to have thought and acted during this time? What do you want to focus on and create if you are home right now?
.
4. Feel the Fear. Know we will get through this.
.
If you are like me, you are feeling a lot right now. You are picking up on the fear and panic of the world.
.
It is not easy and I totally totally get it.
.
It is okay to be sensitive, scared, or confused.
.
You are a human being living in a crazy world and you are allowed to feel feelings.
.
If you need to cry, cry. If you need to phone a friend, turn off the news, or take a nap… do it.
.
It’s okay to shift your focus via a movie or book.
.
It’s okay to move some energy via a walk or in home workout.
.
You may have to look at and sort your fear each day (or multiple times a day).
.
You may sense the panic of the work and need to redirect your focus.
.
Like I said above, it’s okay to feel and fear things. Just remember: We will get through this.
.
5. Pivot. Pivot. Pivot.
.
You may have to reorganize your current plans for this year.
.
You may choose to rearrange your launch schedule, feel the desire to pivot your focus, or shift your languaging to be connected to what is most needed right now.
.
Good leaders adapt. We pivot. We rearrange. We don’t get caught up in doing one thing one way… forever.
.
I’m not saying change who you are.
.
I am saying be the real you — while being a you is sensitive to the time we are in, connected to the needs of others, and willing to show up in the way that is most useful.
.
Open up to the next steps. Be guided.
.
As the landscape of the world changes, we pivot.
.
And we still show up. Show TF up.
.
