I have been creating and selling digital courses for over a decade.
I know how to create them, market them, and promote them.
I know how to brand them and sell them… well.
I know how to make the tech side… easy.
I believe that everyone has an experience, history, skillset, knowledge, background or something they’ve overcome that can be turned into a profitable online course.
And I know that by combining the proper mindset (especially around money!!) with practical methods for getting your work into the world, digital courses are… magic.
Years ago, I created a digital course called Course Creation Queen that has helped countless people get their course created and into the world – making them money while they focus on what is most important to them.
In 2024, I re-recorded and re-created Course Creation Queen, giving a huge upgrade to this program.

Courses create location independence. I spent literal years traveling the globe and receiving money from courses before I opted for something a bit different for family life. Courses allow for an extremely flexible schedule. I have been making my own schedule for years and years now — once upon a time this was so I could hit a midday workout class and sleep-in most days. Today, it is so I can spend long mornings with my babies and work in the afternoons. No matter your reason, courses can support this. Make your schedule around what matters to you.
Courses are ripe for creating a life with more meaning and purpose. The things you’ve been through, worked through, learned and know are used to help others. A lot of people find so much meaning and purpose in this. What’s better? Using what I know and have learned through life to help people was always the dream for me.
Courses make bank. Because they are scalable, because you get to create a course around something you like talking about, because you will see clearly what courses can do for you and for those you teach – courses have created many, many entrepreneurs who are today very well paid for the work they do. (I am one of them.)
Courses give you your time back. Courses are the come-to-life embodiment of working smarter instead of harder or as I have been saying for years…
And… I know you have your questions and concerns. They may sound like…
"But I am not an expert in anything."
"I have no idea what I’d create a course on."

Okay, let’s lay the foundation. I want to provide the beliefs, ideas, concepts and principles that are going to help you get your mind, energy and internal environment right to do this thing. I want to help you set your goal, cast vision and know where you are going when it comes to the course you are creating and getting into the world via CCQII.
Your Topic
I have a theory that the vast majority of courses that do not sell just weren’t presented and packaged properly. And you think that might not come until you start selling the course, but in truth, the positioning begins the moment you pick your topic. I know you have questions: Do I have to niche down? How vague is too vague? How do I pick something people want to buy? How do I know if there is a market for my course?
I am going to tell you how to determine all of this. A little critical thinking along with answering the right questions for yourself and a tiny bit of research -- this is going to start getting clearer.
The best thing about this is, once you get this, you can use this process for anything you create and want to sell from now until eternity. HOORAY!
In many cases you are creating this course for a previous version of you. Meaning, you are creating it for those who are where you used to be. And if this is not the case for you, I know what to have you do so that you can know exactly what topic the person you desire to help needs from you.
Your Client -- Let's Get to Know Her
Like I said in the last section, perhaps your ideal client is a previous version of you. That’s powerful. Perhaps your ideal client is someone completely different, buy whom you feel to create a course for. No matter who they are, we are going to take some time to get to know them.
Building on the last module we are going to work out who this person is, what their struggles are, what problem we are solving for them. This is so powerful as this will inform so much of your marketing plan and how you will craft your sales page when you get to those steps!
Your Course Style + Your Title
When it comes to digital courses, there is more than one way to do things. You can pre-record live with your first round of students and then sell the recordings as your course. (That is what I am doing with CCQ.) You can sit and pre-record the content and then begin selling once the course is complete.
Once your course is done, there is more than one way to sell it. You can have it open all year long. You can “live-launch” it – meaning you have enrollment periods that open and close. Or you can do a combo: You can have a course that is open all year, but goes on sale from time to time for a live launch.
I will go over all of this with, discussing the benefits to each, you so you can choose what’s right for you.

Do I have to be extremely tech savvy to create a course?
Absolutely not. Present day, there are many platforms that allow courses to be plug and play. Between my team and I we have 50+ combined years in online business and will give you our recommendations for what programs, platforms and softwares make this easy. If you have a platform you are already using and desire to keep using it, that is great too.
Is the industry too saturated? Am I too late?
It’s funny. I have been hearing that for at least twelve years. (I started thirteen years ago.)
In that time, I’ve watched things grow and grow. My belief is that the market cannot be too saturated for someone who is called, for someone who wants this. And the stats tells us that the digital course industry is only growing. The digital course industry was valued at $194 million in 2022 and is expected to grow to $545 billion by 2030. (This number was eighteen billion when I started.)
Don’t I have to have a large audience to create a course?
No. Absolutely not.
I am going to give you a two-fold answer. One: I had nothing besides a personal facebook page when I started. I made my first $10k anyway. How? I began adding value anywhere and everywhere I could. I was in facebook groups helping people. I was posting inspiration content on my page daily. I was letting people know I had a course. One by one they enrolled and I met my goal. Two: Is an online audience valuable? Yes. Am I so happy I built one? Absolutely. Do I think you have to wait to have an audience to build a course? No. Personally, I would do both at once. I would be taking the actions in this course to build an audience and I would be building my course. I would start on both now.
Do I need to be a world-renowned expert to create a course?
No. Do you know how you become an expert? By doing things and learning about them. And then learning more and more. I didn’t magically wake up one day an expert on online business, money mindset and financial empowerment. I became an expert by digging in, learning, doing and teaching. Key: I was teaching from the beginning. I knew this one very important thing:
I only needed to be a few steps ahead of my client or course student.
What if I feel like no one wants what I have to give?
I have had many people say that to me over the years. What I have found is not that no one wants their work, but that they haven’t understood how to best package and present their work. As I have been building out the modules for CCQII, I have been ultra aware of this. I believe that the way the course is built, the questions the course presents, the examples it gives are going to shine a lot of light on why peoples’ previous offers haven’t sold.

What if there is no market for what I do?
In a very practical sense, there may be smaller for some topics and a larger one for others. And what I’ve found to be more true and more important is this: No one knows they want your offer until you show them clearly and repeatedly why they need your offer. I have purchased so many courses that were on topics I didn’t know I was looking for until the person I was following online showed me what they knew, showed me their results and made it clear to me that their course was for me. I have purchased courses on videography, parenting, relationships and obviously business. (Note: Each course was very specific to something that interested me. The videography course, for example, was specific to capturing moments in young childrens’ lives.)
Who is this for?
Human beings who sense that this may be a moment for them – a moment to take information and run with it, use it, create with and from it, and make something they are proud of, shout it from the rooftops and turn the corner from the way things have always been.

Human beings who have a career, skill, knowledge, process, experience they would like to turn into a digital course.
