Today I am wrapping up some things — with tradespeople working on projects inside my house and errands I have to do outside of my house — so I can respect the recommendation that we isolate the best we can right now.
.
I just want to say that, for me, it’s important that I do this from an energy of love and prevention, not an energy of fear.
.
I choose to do this because I love myself and love others.
.
(Like I said on IG Story, there is truth to the idea that the media is instilling panic in people through some of their coverage.
.
I also empathize with people who have a general mistrust toward world leaders.
.
All of that aside, I will still do my best to do my part, because it is the right thing to do and it won’t hurt me to do so.)
.
I want to remind you of this:

Life is still rich, love and money are still available, and manifestation still works
.
If you are stressed out and worried, please be sure to cry and express yourself, find something to watch or listen to that shifts your focus and makes you laugh, and move some energy through walking or doing on in-home-workout.
