A few weeks ago, when I saw that my team had taken this 12 minute clip from one of those trainings to use as a vlog, my first thought was, “Oh. F**k.”

After sitting with myself for a few seconds, I decided that it wasn’t definitely something that should be shared.

Why was I afraid?
