Hello hello!
.
So as you may know, nearly two years ago I bought a house at the edge of West Hollywood and Beverly Hills.
.
While it was my third property to purchase, it was the first home I bought to live in myself.
.
When I bought it, I knew it would be the last place I would live as a single woman. I called it “my last single girl house” — and I did it up EXACTLY as I wanted.
.
The renovation was a little intense. I gutted a bath room and the kitchen; redid the laundry room; automated everything (it’s a full smart house) added plants, trees and beautiful landscaping; and fully furnished the house.
.
It was a big endeavor, but it’s finally complete.
.
AND it’s a whole vibe.
.
A funny thing happened though, my boyfriend and I got together — exactly one year ago today actually (happy anniversary, baby) — and the single girl house is… no longer needed.
.
I’ve been using it as a space for work (the office is such a boss woman moment) and I’m almost ready to put it on the market.
.
(I’m not rushed, but I’m sensing it’s almost time.)
.
The other night, I hosted friends at my house. Before I gave them a tour, my friend @stephanie.gressley asked to record me. This little video is the result.
.
I thought it was a perfect way to show you guys some of the details and backstory of the now completed house.
.
My favorite things: Three dishwasher drawers, a beverage station, hot water dispenser, vibes sign, intelligently designed laundry room ;), and the white marble bathroom.
.
Come on this house tour with me! So much effort, patience, and love went into this house.
.
You have to see it for yourself!
