We over compensate. We over supplement. We seek unhealthy degrees of validation.

It’s time to remember who the fuck you are.

It’s time to know that you are enough on your own — regardless of anything else.

It’s time to release the need for validation and show up for ourselves.

While there are likely unhelpful ways you may show up in the world now that get to continue to grow, evolve, mature, develop and be strengthened — this does not mean you are unworthy.

Like I have said for years and year: You are worthy because you are.

You, at your core, are enough.

>> How would it feel to give what you truly DESIRE to give in all areas without ever worrying again if it wasn’t enough?

You are worthy.

>> What if you knew you were good enough now?
.
>> What if you knew you could not and would not fuck it up?

>> What if you did not have to act out of a need for validation?

>> Or because you had something to prove?
.
>> Or someone to impress?
.
>> What would be thinking, believing, and saying if you had locked in how worthy you are? What would be true for you now?

>>> Most importantly: What if you just loved the shit out of yourself, held your boundaries, knew it was all enough always and did what you fucking wanted?
