A morning meditation or exercise routine (yoga is actually both) can do just that.
There are many ways you can integrate love and sweat into your mornings.
1. Maybe you lift weights while you say your positive mantras.
2. Maybe you run on the treadmill while you envision your day unfolding with ease.
3. Maybe you get up and get on the mat while the manfriend is still in bed.
It’s completely up to you. You’re truly worth it.
