One thing that was really on my heart as I recorded this training was that it is safe to leave the past behind.
.
Everything that did or didn’t happen, everything that was or wasn’t how you thought it would be, any pain or fear or disappointment or resentment, it is safe to now leave behind.
.
It is safe to release judgement against yourself for what you could have done differently.
.
It’s safe to start again. It’s safe to allow the best year of your life, thus far, to come through.
As you watch this video, please ponder:
.
1. What lower level feelings are continually running under the surface and behind the scenes of your life?
.
2. What if letting this go was an option?
.
3. What ideas, thoughts, moments or people trigger this feeling, cycle or pattern?
4. Know that when the annoyance, fear, loneliness, frustration loops that pop up, there will be an opportunity to shift. The shift could come through remember who you are and what you get to have, expressing yourself, choosing a new feeling, or just going “Huh. There is that fear again. It is just a fear. It doesn’t have power over me.”
.
5. By simply identifying these patterns, acknowledging them without judgment as they come up, and knowing that you have the ultimate power and control over any pattern in your life, and knowing that it is safe to release these ways of feeling and being… changes will occur. Awareness changes everything.
And nothing can stop you.
You are doing a good job. And the best year of your life is ready to emerge.
