Often when we feel like we can’t get over something/someone we are stuck in a negative thought cycle around the situation. A simple thought like, “I miss him,” can turn into an uber judgement self-hate fest that sounds something like, “Why the eff am I not over him? There is no one out there for me. All the men in this city suck. I am going to be alone forever.”
