Hiya my pretty friend!
Let’s talk real shit.
We all lose our center from time to time.
A crazy thought or limiting belief or (seemingly) out-of-control situation consumes us… And as we analyze it and justify it and move into IDENTIFYING with it… We can start to give it our power. And if you’ve been following me very long, you know how I feel about power.
Our power is everything. Our power is in our thoughts, words, and energy. What we focus on expands. When we harness and focus our power for good, we can manifest fucking anything; but when we allow shitty situations to consume us, we leak our precious energy and give our power away.
As we focus on the illusion/situation/bullshit — we grow it. We put our power in it. And we lose our way. We forget who we really are. Instead of identifying with love and power and grace and possibility, we identify with lack and sickness and confusion and drama.
And, trust me, I am not immune. I found myself caught in the cyclical thinking of a crazy illusion not so long ago. One thought led to another and that thought to another and that thought to another until I was perplexed out of my mind. Things felt totally out of control. I felt powerless.
But the truth is, I made a choice. I chose to identify with the confusion. I chose to live in the energy of the problem. I chose to let this situation grow in my mind.
Then, I finally remembered my truth: Everything I need can be found in that quiet place within. And I can always choose to come back home to myself and my highest truth.
This is what I tell my clients while they are learning to change their thoughts, increase their worth, or manifest anything: You do it one million times a day. Our work is not that we choose the positive thought, release the fear or forgive the person ONCE — The work is that we do this as many times as it takes. Over and over. Continually. And slowly, you shift your experience.
You start to see the light. You stop identifying with the confusion. You see things more clearly. You drop the damn struggle. And then it gets easier. Much, much easier.
Gabrielle Bernstein says it like this, you move from living in the darkness and experiencing fleeting moments of light, to living in the light and experiencing fleeting moments of darkness. We must choose to come back home into our self/truth/center over and over again until the experience of peace and love is so stronger than the experience of fear, lack or confusion.
That’s how you take your power back.
That’s how you bring peace to your mind.
That’s how you come back home.
It might feel weird or funky applying this principle to a new area, but as I’m learning, it applies to fucking everything. Say it with me…
I choose to drop the struggle. I choose to come back home. Peace is available for me. I am willing to see things differently. I am willing to choose again… Over and over again.
If you currently identify with the struggle around having/earning/feeling worthy of money (or want to increase your experience of having more money), then my Money Mentality Makeover will be a game-changer for you. See what people are saying about it: here.
Massive massive love,
